The wine undergoes a maceration of 4-5 days and is fermented for 15-20 days in steel tanks at temperatures between 22° and 26°. Around 40% of the wine is aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels, while the rest remains in steel tanks. It presents a deep color and a complex aroma of red fruits, plums, pepper, earth, tar, tobacco and vanilla. The wine has delicate tannins and a relatively high acidity.
