With a limited production of around 1,600 bottles per vintage, this wine sells out quickly. The south-facing plot was planted in the 1970s with around 5,000 vines per hectare, resulting in few but highly concentrated grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Barolo Bussia is produced in temperature-controlled tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 26 months in French barriques, 15% of which are new, and then for a further 8 months in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eBarolo Bussia presents itself with a deep red color and a slight orange tinge. The aroma and taste are rich with complex notes of violets, blackcurrants, almonds, spices and chocolate. The finish is long and well-balanced with a fine harmony between sweetness, fruit and strength. This wine is of high quality and great elegance.
