The wine is aged for 20-24 months and presents a fresh color and aroma, with a golden-green hue and taste notes of minerality and white flowers. The finish is a harmonious balance between freshness and sweetness. This is a classic white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, made according to Burgundy traditions.
