They are destemmed, sorted, crushed and fermented in custom-designed French oak tanks, cement tanks and small French barrels. The wine is aged for 20 months in French barriques, 85% of which are new, to develop a richer body and greater complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The aroma and taste present themselves with nuances of white spring flowers, violets, blackcurrants, blackberries, plums, black olives, herbs, dark chocolate, tobacco, graphite and mocha.
