The grapes are hand-picked and dried for 45 days before being gently crushed and fermented for 15 days. The wine is aged for 24 months in new barriques and matures for a further 24-36 months in bottle. It presents itself with a deep dark red colour and an intense aroma of blackcurrant, blueberries, dark cherries, chocolate and wood.
