Made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Garnacha, this wine is perfect with desserts, cheeses and pickled fruit, or can be enjoyed on its own by the fire or during a night safari. The grapes were crushed and fermented in open vats with six daily stirrings for a week before fermentation was stopped with pure grape spirit.
