Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer is in an exciting phase of development, and the quality of both the vineyards and the grapes is top notch. The new style is more accessible and fascinating.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The grapes are grown on a plot in the lower part of Echézeaux, close to the upper limit of Grand Echézeaux. This plot is 0.53 hectares in size and has vines that are 50 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, destemmed and undergo a fermentation process of 20-25 days. The wine is aged for 18-24 months in 70% new barrels and bottled without filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The wine has a deep ruby ​​red color, and the aroma is characterized by black fruits, violets and peonies.
