Peter Sisseck chose to start the harvest a little earlier than many others, from September 16 to October 8, resulting in grapes that were both beautifully ripe and almost perfect.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eFlor de Pingus is made from fruit from partially leased vineyards near Barrosso and San Cristóbal, which also contribute grapes to the famous Pingus.
