The vines are between 15 and 20 years old and yield only 800 grams of grapes per plant. The grapes are hand-picked in October and undergo a drying process of 30 days. The wine is then aged for 24 months in American oak barrels and matured for a further 6 months in the bottle. Annual production is limited to 20,000 bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The wine presents itself with a deep ruby ​​red color and offers aromas of ripe dark fruits, vanilla, spices and raisins. It is full-bodied and has a structured body with a persistent aftertaste. For the best experience, the wine is served at 16-17 degrees and should be decanted for 2-3 hours.
