The south-facing slopes create a unique microclimate that is ideal for wine production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e The wine has evolved to be more terroir-driven and less manipulated, with a new grape blend that now includes Malbec instead of Merlot. Since 2018, the grapes have been vinified in small batches in either steel tanks or oak barrels.
