This exclusive Spumante is composed of 75% Garganega and 25% Raboso, with both grape varieties vinified as white. After harvest, the grapes undergo a fermentation process of 15 days. The second fermentation, which creates the bubbles, is carried out according to the traditional champagne method, known as the metodo Classico. The wine matures with the yeast residues in the bottle for 40 months before being disgorged and made ready for sale. It is an extra brut with no added sugar, resulting in a full-bodied and fresh Spumante.
