The ideal serving temperature is between 12 and 13 degrees Celsius. The wine is grown organically with Guyot or Lépine pruning, and there is natural grass cover between the rows. The grapes are carefully selected during the harvest and the wine is traditionally made at low temperatures. The rosé is produced through direct pressing and stabilization on the lees.
