The grapes are grown in clay and limestone soil, with a subsoil of gravel and pebbles. The vines are 20 years old and the yield is 45 hectolitres per hectare. The grapes are grown organically with Guyot or Lépine pruning, and there is natural grass cover between the rows. During the harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature between 12°C and 13°C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Vinification is traditionally carried out at low temperature, with 5% of the blend fermented in oak barrels to add depth and complexity.
