After studying oenology in Montpellier and working as a cellar master in Israel, Mounir moved to Burgundy in 1995. Here, he worked as a cellar master for a major negociant and developed the idea for Lucien le Moine: to acquire top-quality wines from selected producers and vinify them in his own cellar in Beaune.
