The couple, with roots in Israel and Lebanon, share a deep passion for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After studying oenology in Montpellier and working as a cellar master in Israel, Mounir moved to Burgundy in 1995. Here, he worked as a cellar master for one of the largest negociants in the region and developed the idea for Lucien le Moine: to acquire top wines from selected producers and vinify them in his own cellar in Beaune.
