This wine is created from Tempranillo, Graciano, and Cabernet Sauvignon from 95-year-old vines in 'Canajas', located 465 meters above sea level. The calcareous soil and Murrieta's dedicated work result in a low yield with grapes of high concentration. The grapes are carefully selected and the wine is fermented at 24 degrees in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine matures for 19 months in new French oak barrels and another 3 years in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eDalmau stands out with a discreet barrel character and intensity from the old Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The aroma offers nuances of blackcurrant, blackberry, paprika and mocha, while the taste is characterized by Tempranillo with notes of red, dark and spicy fruit, prunes, tobacco and cedar. The ripe tannins and Tempranillo's natural acidity create a harmonious balance and a complex aftertaste.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Perfect for serving with quality meats such as rib-eye, entrecôte or lamb crown marinated in garlic. Should be aired for 1-2 hours before serving at a temperature of 15-16 degrees.
