The wine is made traditionally but with modern technology, and it is bottled without fining or filtering.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The \"La Victoria\" vineyard extends over 3.3 hectares and has 50-year-old vines growing in clay and calcareous soil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Grapes: 52% Tempranillo, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Garnacha, 2% Maturana, 3% Graciano.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Production process: The grapes are destemmed in the classic way. Fermentation takes place in a 3,000 kg stainless steel tank over 15 days at 31ºC, with daily pumping over and punching, and 20 days of maceration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Ageing: Malolactic fermentation takes place in both tanks and barrels.
