The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, after which they undergo a cold maceration for 3-5 days and fermentation for 15-20 days. The wine is then matured in oak barrels, 70% of which are new, for a period of 15-18 months. It presents a deep red color and classic Pinot Noir aromas, with a full-bodied taste of red berries and a harmonious balance between fruit and spices.
