The wine is aged for 24 months in used French barriques.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e The scent is light and perfumed with nuances of dryness, smoke, violets, rose petals, leather, balsamic oil and forest floor. The fruit notes include bright cherries, strawberries, raspberries with a slight sweetness, vegetable stock, sour milk, fennel and subtle base notes of wood, vanilla and milk chocolate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe palate presents crushed raspberries, cranberries and currants with a light bitterness and a very direct fruit profile that makes the wine youthful and lively.
