The wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels for 4 months. The Grignolino part undergoes a short maceration and fermentation without skins, resulting in a light wine that is aged in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the must is mixed with Barbera and Albarossa, aged for a month and bottled without filtration.
