The cool and dry growing season helped preserve the freshness of the grapes. The harvest started on May 2nd under ideal conditions, resulting in healthy, high-quality grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Winemaker's notes\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe grapes were hand-picked and cold-pressed for seven days to extract aromas and colour. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 12-15 days.
