It is then aged for a minimum of 36 months in bottle before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Aroma and taste\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe wine is ready to be enjoyed and offers a spicy aroma of blackcurrant, cherry, plum and prune, combined with notes of mushroom, mocha, tobacco, vanilla and fresh earth. The taste is juicy and intense with a persistent aftertaste. Prado Enea is ideal with dishes such as long-braised game, grilled lamb crown or mushroom dishes.
