It is aged for 17 months in French barriques, of which 20% are new. The aroma offers notes of plums, herbs and vanilla. The taste is fresh and well-structured with nuances of ripe plums, blackberries and spices. Although it has a style reminiscent of Rhône wines, it carries a distinct overseas character.
