The grapes are pressed with a vertical press, and only the first pressing is used. The must is fermented in 228 liter oak barrels, of which 70% are 1-2 years old, while the rest are new. Approximately 20% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then matured in French barrels for nine months. The wine offers a fine aroma of vanilla, nectarines, lime and white peaches. The taste is fresh, crisp and elegant with an appealing fruity sweetness, which ends with a combination of freshness, body and green notes.
