These conditions resulted in grapes with intense aromas, good acidity and increased sugar content. Each grape variety was fermented separately in steel tanks, and after the malolactic fermentation, the wines were blended and aged for 12 months in barrels that were 1-2 years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Sito Moresco offers flavors of cherries, plums, violets and wild berries. As the wine ages, it develops complex spices and a more robust character. The taste is both juicy and powerful, with a fine balance between fruity sweetness and dryness.
