The aroma offers citrus, apple cores, roasted almonds and toffee, and with a little time in the glass comes a slight greenish touch of broken branches. It is reminiscent of Dom Perignon as it unfolds in the glass. Tight, slim and without excess fat, with an acidity that will please any dentist. This is really good. The grapes are solaris, zahlas perle, cabernet cortis and madeleine angevine, which have undergone 9 months of bottle fermentation. The best Danish wine I have ever tasted.
