The vines have an average age of 35 years. For Unico, only 40 hectares of vines are used, and the harvest is done manually.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003e Unico is only produced in exceptional years and consists of Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon.
