Vinification and aging

Brunello di Montalcino 2020 is produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes, grown in the famous Montalcino area of ​​Tuscany. The wine is then aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels, typically large Slavonian barrels, and then at least 4 months in bottle before release.
