Produced by Tenute d'Italia in the Romagna region, Impavido is made from 100% Sangiovese. The wine follows the Appassimento method – where the grapes are allowed to dry before harvest, which increases the concentration of flavor and structure.

It undergoes aging in tonneaux and barrique (French oak barrels) before being released.
